30-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Include all original packaging, accessories, and included materials.
- Be free from signs of wear, damage, misuse, or modification.
Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.
How to Start a Return
Before returning an item, please contact our Customer Support team so we can assist you with the return process.

Please include the following information in your email:
- Your order number.
- The reason for your return.
- Photos of the item if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Once your request has been reviewed, we'll provide the return instructions and the appropriate return address.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior authorization may experience delays in processing.
Return Shipping
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, Gardenux will cover the return shipping costs.
For all other eligible returns, including change-of-mind purchases or ordering the wrong item, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Any original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include clear photos of the product and its packaging.
Once reviewed, we'll provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, a full refund, or another suitable resolution.
Exchanges
We currently offer replacements for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If you'd like a different product or variation, we recommend returning the original item (if eligible) and placing a new order.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the outcome.
If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled and shipped.
Once an order has been fulfilled or dispatched, it can no longer be canceled. If you no longer wish to keep the item after delivery, you may request a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at support@gardenux.com and include your order number.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Gift cards.
- Final sale or clearance items.
- Products that have been used, assembled, or modified.
- Items returned without their original packaging or with missing parts.
