At Gardenux, we're committed to delivering quality gardening products with reliable service and complete transparency. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking information.

Orders may be modified or canceled before they have been fulfilled. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped, it can no longer be modified or canceled.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following countries:

  • United States
  • United Kingdom

At this time, we do not ship to other international destinations.

Estimated Delivery Times

After your order has been processed, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 7–10 business days
  • United Kingdom: 5–10 business days

Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been shipped. While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, severe weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control may occasionally occur.

Shipping Costs

We proudly offer Free Shipping on all orders shipped to the United States and the United Kingdom. No minimum purchase is required.

Order Tracking

Every order includes complimentary tracking.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to become available after the carrier receives your package.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped within the United States generally are not subject to customs fees.

Orders shipped to the United Kingdom may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other charges imposed by local authorities. Any applicable fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order.

Gardenux is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided during checkout. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. While we'll do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is significantly delayed, arrives damaged, or appears to be lost during transit, please contact our support team.

We'll work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and help reach an appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.

If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, we recommend first checking with household members, neighbors, or your local delivery carrier before contacting us.
